Welcome to Unity. This document establishes the legally binding conditions governing your use of our application. Your decision to install, access, or utilize any part of the Unity platform signifies your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service. If any part of this agreement is unacceptable to you, you must immediately cease all use of the application and uninstall it from your device.
Unity provides a social community platform designed for makeup inspiration and creative sharing. Our services enable users to discover makeup looks, share their own creations, connect with other beauty enthusiasts, and receive personalized suggestions from an AI-powered assistant. The features and functionalities of the application may be modified, updated, suspended, or discontinued at our sole discretion without prior notice. We do not guarantee permanent or uninterrupted availability of the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Unity platform. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All materials within the Unity application, including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying code, are the exclusive intellectual property of Unity and its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to access and use the application for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, selling, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works from any part of our platform without our explicit prior written consent.
The Unity application and all its content are delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any promises or guarantees of any kind. We explicitly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. Your engagement with and reliance on the platform is solely at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Unity, its affiliates, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Unity platform at any time, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by discontinuing use of the application or through any account deletion feature we may provide.
This agreement may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. While we may attempt to notify you of significant revisions, it is your sole responsibility to review these Terms of Service on a regular basis. Your continued engagement with the Unity platform after any modifications have been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised agreement.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
